1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Setyra (accessible via setyra.kryleos.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Subscriptions, Credits & Seats

Setyra operates on a recurring subscription basis and monthly credit pool. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Included team seats are designated for legitimate employees or sales contractors of your organization.

Credits are deducted according to established usage actions (10 credits per corridor discovery scan; 5 credits per 100 deep enriched leads). Standalone top-up credit packs rollover indefinitely without expiration.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use data obtained via Setyra solely for legitimate business-to-business (B2B) communications in compliance with applicable anti-spam and telecommunications regulations (including TRAI DND rules and CAN-SPAM). Scraping Setyra itself or attempting to resell raw platform access is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

Setyra, the Stacked Ping S mark, platform algorithms, and interface designs are the intellectual property of Kryleos Technologies. Your uploaded product catalogs, internal notes, and pipeline data remain your exclusive property.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
