Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The 100% Defunct Data Auto-Refund Guarantee
We stand firmly behind the quality of our data. If your team encounters a lead with a disconnected phone number or defunct corporate website within 7 days of enrichment, you can mark the lead as defunct directly in the platform, and the credit will be automatically refunded back to your organization credit balance immediately.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Setyra subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active and retain all remaining monthly credits until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied.
3. Subscription Refunds
Because Setyra offers a free 7-day trial with 25 credits to thoroughly evaluate the platform before subscribing, recurring subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. In cases of billing discrepancies or technical system outages exceeding our SLA, refund requests submitted to billing@kryleos.com within 7 days of charge will be evaluated and processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Add-on Credit Top-Up Packs
Purchased credit top-up packs never expire and rollover indefinitely. Unused credits from standalone packs are non-refundable once purchased, but remain available in your organization balance for future use.
